Roughly half of people managing a chronic condition don’t take their medications as prescribed. The reasons are rarely dramatic — a busy morning, a confusing schedule, a bottle that ran out over the weekend.
We built HealthNexus to remove that friction. The BaseBox device holds and tracks your medications; the app schedules doses, forecasts refills, screens for safety, and keeps the people who care about you gently in the loop.
